    Generation Z in the Workplace: Embracing an Uncertain Future

    When prompted in a written reflection, two Gen Z students in our undergraduate career class captured the zeitgeist of this generation’s approach to traditional careerism. The first student wrote: “Why would I give my entire life to work when most organizations give us little in return?”

    When you imagine an ENTP, what comes to mind? 

    Read most descriptions of the type and you’ll see things like “genius,” “argumentative,” or “little patience for people who can’t keep up.” In fact, many think of the ENTP as the ultimate antihero.

    But like all ENxPs, these types are quick and adaptable, and I’m here to argue that, with the right motivation, ENTPs can develop surprisingly powerful emotional strengths.
