Why Draft & Direction?
These days, work is hard.
The link between effort and results is more tenuous than ever, so our goal is to equip clients with culturally-relevant tools they can use to cut through all the career noise out there.
We also know that women, people of color, and folks in the LGBTQPIA+ community face significant headwinds in the pursuit of financial security and professional wellbeing. Our programs are designed with that context in mind.
